4. Guide rod

Use cotton cloth to wipe the dirt in the middle part of the guide rod, then move the yarn nozzle to the middle and wipe it with cotton cloth; use oily brush to add proper amount of lubricating oil to the guide rod, and then use cotton cloth to wipe off the lubricating oil until a thin film of lubricating oil is retained on the surface of the guide rod.

5. Needle bed and sinker bed

Push the head and yarn nozzle of the computer flat knitting machine accessories to the edge, push all the needles of the front needle bed to the highest point with a special cloth pressing knife, blow and suck at the edge of the water gun and vacuum cleaner, clean the needle bed and sinker bed, and then reset all the needles, as well as the back needle bed and sinker bed. After two repetitions, clean the needle bed and sinker bed with cotton cloth; pay attention to check whether all kinds of needles are in place before the machine restarts, otherwise the needle selector will be damaged.
