A series of research and improvement have been made on the pressing method of the positioning ring in the assembly process of the bearing of Giant Star Machinery. At present, this technology is approaching maturity. By using the micrometer to quantify the assembly journey, the qualified rate reaches more than 96%. While saving the assembly time, the production efficiency is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the production cost is saved. At the same time, the new pressing process is changed to: pre-pressing & rarr; pressing to a predetermined allowance size & rarr; pressing in place & rarr; testing & rarr; repressing. In the preloading process, the positioning ring is positioned near the end face of the mandrel to ensure the concentricity of the superstar mechanical hole and the axis and the perpendicularity of the end face and the axis axis; the process of pressing to the predetermined allowance size is increased, that is, the bearing reserves a certain allowance before pressing to (12.5 & plusmn; 0.025) mm.
